Sunčica Damljanović, managing director

Born in 1974 in Linz, acquired a BSc degree in economics at the University of East Anglia, Norwich in 1996 and MBA in finance at Richmond University, London in 1997.

Since 1998 employed in the Dam-Mont subsidiary in Muenster, Germany. Her responsibilities included management and project funding, budgeting and planning, accounting and financial reporting, preparation of business plans to support funding, devising business and investment strategies, negotiation of contracts with clients.

Since July 2007 employed in Belgrade as the group financial director. Her responsibilities were to initiate, develop and direct administrative operations. Managed all personnel activities. Responsible for project financing, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, cost control, all aspects of financial reporting, management and business metric reporting, tax, treasury and all general accounting functions.

In December 2018 takes position as the managing director. Creates and implements new business strategies. Leads contract negations and acquisitions of new clients.

Milorad Kesić, technical director

Born in 1959, graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade, the department of mechanization, specialized in transport equipment.

Since 1983 employed in the company Lola - factory of machines and equipment. He gained an extensive experience in managing projects in the following programs:

• Transportation and transmission systems,
• Facilities for the building materials industry,
• Metallurgical equipment,
• Process equipment.

He worked on the accelerator construction project at the Institute of Nuclear Sciences in Vinca.
